Horrible service Personal Loans Department

The personal loans department has zero customer service. My wife accidentally transferred money into my loan account Instead of my cheque account on 25/8/22.

Called the loans desk no problem will reverse the transaction within 3 to 5 working days

It has now been a whole month, numerous calls and chats with various people who escalates but nothing gets done. We promise our managers will call you back. Not a single call or correspondence to let me know what's happening.

They quick to ask you to fill in the survey when u ask a simple question but they will not give you an option to survey them when they mess up.

Absolutely disgusting service.
