Horrible service on the short term insurance

Fnb short term insurance is the worst insurance ever . I had an incident in last year November my car is still not fixed.in Feb they triple deducted my account when I ask them why did they do that because insurance is a month to month thing it took them 2weeks to get back to me. They then tell that on their policy is stated if I miss a payment I will be double deducted which was never disclosed to me in sales stage . Then their advisor comes back and says I should claim for my windscreen the is no excess only to find out the is a 1000 excess I need to pay .I had asked to speak to a manager till today no one has called me back to fix . Or refund me my one month instalment since I was triple deducted instead of double as per their t&C

I’m so disappointed in them because I bank with them on top of that I work in an insurance company I know how things work
