Horrible Service. No benefit for being a regular payer.

I took out a personal loan of R7000 in August 2019 (Because that is all they would give me) for 6 months with FNB but I settled the account the 14th of October 2019. It has been almost a month and it still shows that I have 2 loans with this bank. I settled the account hoping to take a bigger amount but you were only able to give R4700 because my credit records shows I can't afford it due to the fact that you have not updated my information with the credit bureau. Nedbank, who is not my banker offered me much more than what I got from FNB. Please update my information so that I can close all my accounts with FNB and move to Nedbank. I'm terribly dissatisfied with this bank.

Thank you FNB for your prompt response with regards to clearing my name which you should have done but I don't see the loyalty for actually settling my debt and before the required time.

I TAKE MY GRATITUDE BAC****!! YOU UPDATED MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION YESTERDAY AND TODAY YOU REVERTED BACK TO YOUR OLD RECORDS. WHY ARE YOU PLAYING AROUND WITH MY CREDIT RECORD?? I AM MOVING TO NEDBANK, PLEASE HAVE ONE OF YOUR CONSULTANTS CALL ME TO HAVE ALL MY ACCOUNTS CLOSED WITH FNB. I THOUGHT FNB WAS ONE OF THE BEST BANKS, ESPECIALLY WITH THE CONVENIENCE OF THE APP BUT YOU GUYS HAVE REALLY BEEN A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT THIS PAST FEW MONTHS. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYONE
