Horrible service just to pay them

I have been trying for day to get through to them keeps me on hold for 20 mins. I called 9 times alreat passing me from pillar to post. All i want to do is pay my arrears. But its like they dont want my money. This department doesnt do this and the other doesnt do that. 9 department 20 mins each and them they drop the call. Im at my witts end here.
