Horrible Service - Greedy
I rejected a debit order and FNB decided to honor that payment without my knowledge or permission now I paid R405 plus a reversal amount of R45 that I was not even made aware of. if this is how you milk your customers their money then I applaud you. Well done FNB you just lost one more customer.

05 Feb 2022, 12:29Well, it seems like I won't be getting my money back. This will be my last month with FNB, thank you for the horrible service and taking my money. I guess is pointless trying to get my money back no one is giving me answers that I need instead they telling me about checking transactions on my bank account.
