Horrible service from law on call

I have put in a claim with law on call over 2 months ago and get absolutely no assistance from the call centre or on email responses.

My case has been handled by Mmabatho and she only seems to work on or enquire about the matter when i call in. Every time I call in Im told another email has been sent and I would get a response within the next 2 days which never happens.
