Horrible service from FNB Law on call

I have a policy with FNB law on call and honestly the worst service you can get from call centres. Continuous run arounds or promises to call back every time you need to claim.

This is my second claim and had similar experience first time which only got resolved once I had a complaint on Hello Peter.

Why cant we get good service without having to make a post here

I have called in over 6 times just today and still now end of business and no response.
