HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM FNB HOMELOANS

I am a transferring attorney on the transfer of a certain property. The seller is a private wealth client. FNB took more money than what they were supposed to get from the bond cancellation. Now getting an explanation from them became a problem. I spoke to a lady in the Homeloans department who said that they people who can assist with the information is Home Loans Private wealth. I was given their number and l called their call centre only to be told by Vusi that he cannot assit me. They need to verify. So l was asking him how they need to verify with the client when they paid into my trust account without any verification. i am asking for information or a breakdown of what was paid into my trust account. This is a pathetic bank, such information cannot be given. Vusi from the call centre asked me to hold on and he dropped the call.

I would discourage anyone to do business with FNB Home Loans as the bank is pathetic.
