Horrible service from fnb

I app**** for something called pension fund backup loan via fnb around the 13th of october. Long proces with lot of documents and process was dragging. Quiet for a week or 2 than email please submit this document and that!!!. Fimally on the 13th of november email with documents to sign, my loan of 310000 has been approved. Good deal I wont lie, 310 000 pay6700 over 60months, interest 10,..%. On the documents my hr manager need to sign. On the 14th before I even email back papers got that says there was a error I only quilify for 140 000 bcause of my provident

Bug seriously all this time they havent check my provident fund and the appproved amount was from where. Such a waste of time with appication of more than 32 pages
