Horrible service from FNB Estate Department

I am extremely disappointed with FNB Estate department. I have been waiting for my husbands money since may. Everytime I call the estate department they give me a new turn around time. They don't even call and sent any communication to let me know how far is the process, I always have to call them. I spoke to Sinenhlanhla Masango who told me to speak to Smangele. When I speak to smangele she also told me to call back the estate department because she has done what she was supposed to do. I have been patient with them for months now, I will report FNB to ombudsman. The other time I spoke to a lady called Tshepiso, she td gave me new turn around time. The last turn around time they gave me was 7 days. A called again and still no resolution. My email is ***
