Horrible service from fnb digital planet n ram couriers

Truly ****py service from these 2 businesses... ram couriers will not accept my driver's license as proof of identification, yet having spoken to 3 different agents at fnb digital planet.m they indicated that it will be accepted and that they would communicate this with the courier

Yip....as I'm sure you've deduced..................

I'm still waiting for my parcel... attempting to contact digital planet is futile as they cut the call after being on hold for 15 minutes... seriously! This was supposed to be a gift for tomorrow and yet It still hasn't been delivered due to lack of communication between these 2 associated parties

Ram is not willing to accept the driver's license and fnb digital planet must give authorisation 1st that they are able to accept it.. in this day and age, how difficult is it to send an email sorting this out?????
