Horrible service from FNB

I loaded money into my cash passport at an FNB Branch and when I got the foreign country my cash passport was not working. I could not access my funds. I have asked FNB to reverse back the money from the cash passport back to my credit card and refund the charges that occurred for load forex into the card. This request still has not been done. I asked for this on Friday 30 September 2022 and this has still not been done yet. FNB's customer service is horrible
