Horrible service from FNB

I have received the most horrible service from FNB, I have been trying to get through to them to resolve an issue on my online banking, I have had the phone put down on me many times. I have sent request for help via the online system, which indicated someone will respond within 2 days, it's now more than a week later and not one person has rep**** or even tried to assist me. I sent my request on the 7th of March, 8 days and still no one has gotten back to me. It's absolutely disgusting the service or should I say non service that I have received.
