Horrible service from ebucks.

I placed an order with ebucks on the 7 Feb 2022. Order ID: ***8 On the ebucks website status shows - Order Dispatched

Order loaded into courier 11:44 | Mon Feb 7, 2022

I tried calling the call center a few times , no one can help track down my order. I even complained on FNB SITE - reference *** and still no one has contacted me.
