Your service stinks to say the least. Received 2 e-wallets and could not withdraw it. Message on the slip ‘SSM switch PCD Entry not found’ No one could explain me why Spoke to Sibusiso who gave me an incorrect number to call him on ***) with a reference number (rt***) Phoned again using my own airtime. No joy. I need these funds to get home to my 2 month old baby and I can’t. Thank you FNB for affording me the opportunity to spend the night in my car, on the road, in this very safe South Africa. This is one of the reasons why I left this bank in the first place. Have a *** life. Idiots
