Horrible service from Beverly Nukeri!

My husband’s account was put on hold in December due to “***** suspicion”, the bank put him in contact with Beverly Nukeri who would be handling the matter. My husband submitted proof to disprove the *****ulent claims and with the valid reason the account was closed even with proof submitted. After that he requested for the remainder of his balance since the account had been closed but Beverley took forever to reply and had to be begged for a response, after waiting for her reply she sent us backforth requesting affidavits to transfer the money to a different account which was all provided to her yet that still hasn’t been done. We went to the branch to enquire in person and the person who assisted us told us that there’s nothing they can do we have to wait for Beverley and that clients have complained about her too. Its now mid March and we’re still waiting.
