Horrible service FNB

I have tried to close one of my accounts on multiple occasions after Nomthandazo confirmed that my account has been closed another R99 was deducted because she clearly didn't do her JOB! after a useless phone call and another try at their help desk Phuti asked another department to assist... NO follow up nothing... I'm so sick of this absolutely Pathetic service from a bank that I have been a loyal customer with since 2014. and now another R99 has been deducted.....
