Horrible Service FNB
FNB service is so bad, I asked the FNB representative a question and 25 minutes later I was still listening to elevator music. I actually think the consultant did not know the answer to the question... Or perhaps he forgot I was holding on... Its so frustating living with mediocrity that this is actually very funny. One day I will be rid of them 1 day soon. Now I know why our great grand parents kept there money in the matress...

04 Sept 2021, 15:30So just an update on the FNB reference I received. So an agent called me this morning, unfortunately it sounded like he had me on speaker. I could hear everything in the background but not the agent himself. I notified him of this and he told me that he was going to call me right back. I am still waiting... 😀 Eish... Luckily not holding my breath...
