Horrible service FNB

On the 7th of May, I cancelled FNB Law on call. I informed them directly I’m not interested in their useless program. After I posted on hellopeter they contacted me. The consultant who called me agreed to cancel it. On the 1 st of June FNB go and still deduct a debit order. So what more am I suppose to do. Can you please refund my money.
