Horrible service FNB

Hopefully I will get a answer on this platform because via the banking app no one can give answers.

I app**** for a loan and was declined when I called in the provided number to inquire as to why I was declined no one could give me a answer as to why I am declined.

My concerns When you apply they do a credit check which I agree with as they have to do in order to give you credit but every time you apply they do a credit check but it affects your score negatively when doing a lot of hard searches but no one at fnb can tell me why i am declined so I can fix it or sort it out.

My credit score is very good I have been banking with fnb since I can remember I earn a good salary All my accounts are up to date

So why have I been declined but till today i don't know why.
