Horrible service(FNB)

In October 2016 I activated an FNB simcard with the promise that my Cell C number will be ported

to FNB, which never happened.

I have made than 20 phone calls requesting that my number should be ported to FNB to no avail. Everytime Iam told to use all my airtime on the Cell C number before midnight, only to discover, the following datythat that I am still on Cell C and I have only wasted my airtime.

In December 2016 I receieved a call from FNB requesting that I purchase a top Up for 2GB data and the porting will be effected on the 1st of January 2017, and that never happened, The intention was to make me to agree to the monthly top up.

On 2017/01/05, I visited the Melrose Arch branchhoping that they sort out this problem. They dialled the call centre (147) and still the porting was not effected.

This is an extermely bad service Iam receiving from FNB and is completely unacceptable.

Bhengu MLL
