Horrible service
I purchased an Iphone using the FNB and Apple agreement and signed a contract for 38 months on a budget facility. For the past week I have called FNB 5 times and even went to the branch to change the incorrect plan which they incorrectly did for 23 months They also choose to put a debit order date for the 24 th when I specifically asked for the 1st of every month
I am appalled at the horrible service from the credit card dept

26 Aug 2020, 11:11I have still not received an single call for this above and I have sent 4 emails since yesterday . The lady that assisted me is called Kelebogile Mokoloate . The call center says that only she can assist with this. They keep transferring me to another person and she is never available.
