Horrible service.

FNB credit card devision it's the worst banking sector I've ever had to deal with. Their call center are so unprofessional their service is pathetic and sickening. I keep calling with no help. They blocked my card as it was taken by the ATM when i was making a payment. 3 MONTHS LATER i received a replacement card and it was not activated and i was unable to make payment yet again. Now they cancelled my card but expect me to make payment. they cant even provide me with the account number that i can use to make payments.
