Horrible service 🚮

I was in one of their branches at uMhlanga Crescent mall. I spent close to two hours waiting for assistance. People who came after me were called just because they were requesting services that were beneficial to them. I ordered a card and I went there to collect it and I had to wait for +-2 hours.

Horrible service ever. I regret moving to FNB
