Horrible service

I logged a complaint a month ago about two temp loan accounts which are paid up but are reflecting on my credit report as in arrears.

I was sent a paid up letter confirming that I do not have any open or outstanding Temp loan accounts with FNB and was sent the below communication :

The Temp loan details will be added to the schedule for Bureau request ?

Please allow for 20 + working days for update to be processed and reflecting on credit report.

It's a new month and the supposed in "arrears" laons are STILL reflecting on my credit report. And what is frustrating is that the credit beareau cannot help me with removing these accounts unless FNB sends an update to them.

What is going on?
