Horrible service experience from FNB

I am utterly disappointed in the service provided to my by your FNB Branch at Chris Hani as well as your Call Centre agents in the CRSjuristic department. I have been sending countless emails with documents for them to FICA my family stokvel account however I am being sent from pillar to post. I decided to visit the branch so the documents would be submitted by a consultant on my behalf only to be told that the consultant(Thulani) did not follow the process.

I am being sent from pillar to post for an account I only opened in July. Can SOMEONE get back to me with a feasible way forward because this is beyond ridiculous!!
