Horrible Service ever

Yesterday my sister went to WESTGATE FNB to request assist regarding e-wallet. The lady at the door had a VERY BAD ATTITUDE, she told y sister e to just go to her colleague, who also didn't bother to assist her ,they left my sister waiting and after a while , she went to check inside the branch again only to find it closed. The level of disrespect my sister received was totally not acceptable.

The Staff there needs customer care training.
