Horrible service

I called the call centre to assist with opening up Youth accounts for my children and thats when the nightmare and lies started (a week ago) Both accounts were opened together in call (thats what I thought). The cards were delivered separately 2 days apart (which I had to call for, and was told the other card was not ordered yet). I called the call centre to activate the accounts, they told me that the accounts are not linked. I have made several calls to them and each time I am told a different story. I get transferred from department to department and they continuously drop the call. I called in a few minutes ago and the call centre agent could not assist me, I was then put through to another department, where I spoke to Bridgette who also counted assist, I requested to speak to a manager. Bridgette told me to hold on and transferred me back to the call centre where I started initially. When the agent answered the call, I requested to speak to a manager, she told me that the Team Leader is available.Ii said she could put me through to the Team leader. Then she dropped the call. This is so frustrating. Something as simple as opening an account has become a nightmare. FNB service is by far the worse I have received. Seems like the agent should be trained on their product knowledge and stop treating their clients like a ping pong ball. This is terrible service.
