Horrible service

On the 28th of February I lost my phone. I then phoned the bank to let them know. I was advised that I must block my account and deactivate all my cards as my security is compromised. I then did that.

Few days later I called the bank and requested the hold to be lifted on my account. I was told for me to do that I must go to the bank. I did. I was verified through finger prints and used a bank telephone to be connected to a ***** department.

I ordered cards (debit and credit). Now I have received one of the cards, the credit card. I now need to activate this card and transact. I am told that my online banking is still blocked and for me to unblock it, I need to have an active card.

In the process I have been sent from pillar to post with neither the bankers, the ***** department nor online banking can help me. They all tell me that they can’t help me I need to go to the branch which I did.

It been about two weeks without transacting on this account. I don’t have fuel to even move now as I have run out of all other money I have. What is most frustrating is that none of the people at the bank can help me. The branch, the ***** Department nor the bankers all keep transferring me in between each other.
