Horrible service

I am so upset. I made a purchase online using my fnb virtual card and the order was canceled and money was claimed to have been refunded to my account. Called fnb several times and they all were transferring me to different departments for assistance, online secure told me they can see the credited funds but need transfer me to disputes. The dispute department also passed me around to credit cards. I was on the phone for more than an hour using my own hard earned money and still no assistance. What a shame! I want my money
