Horrible service

I requested a cancelation of this account many months ago via FNB website. I am now receiving continuous sms's to say I am owing funds to FNB! This account has been canceled and inactive for months on my end, my salary no longer goes to that account, the cancelation was requested long ago, the reason for my cancelationwas that wheneverI needed assistance I would be told to go to the branch but the branch always had excusesfor why they can not assist. Please cancel this account !!!!!!!!
