Horrible Service

I have been sitting for over an hour at FNB GA Rankuwa trying to get a solution as to why my credit card is not working. The lady at the service desk said my accounts are all open, after standing that queue to go sit there for her to check I had to stamd another queue to call. They have only ONE phone for us to call customer service, no one is there from FNB to help you are just given the number and you must see to finish. This is such horrible service from such a big brand. If all us open why am I bit able withdraw or even use my app to transfer.
