Horrible service

FNB did not call or communicate with me about any outstanding amounts they just handed me over to attorneys without any type of consultation. After all that drama of being called by lawyers I pay and settle the credit card and requested a letter confirming I have settled and closed my credit card. FNB has been sending me from pillar to post... no1 wants to help me with this letter
