Horrible service by FNB late estate division

A horrible experience with FNB. After my mother who banked with FNB for over 50 years passed on in June 2020, the bank has not closed her accounts and released her money to her late estate account, this despite having opened the late estate account with them to make things easier. My father who is 80 years old is sent from pillar to post by this bank. They indicated that the accounts would be closed after 14 working days but still there is nothing. This is the same bank that asks "How can we help you". Well!! FNB, you can help me by simply doing right by my late Mother and release her funds. This is such a pathetic bank. Thank God I left it years ago!
