Horrible service Boitumelo Mogane from FNB

Have have Business account with FNB and there are 2 case number *** via Capitec ***9 via FNB

Both cases have been resolved and close but Boitumelo Mogane don't help to resolve this cases

After e-mail being in the branch this lady feels like she don't have to help me she will wait for other people to do her job for her .

This is 2 cases that's been reloved More then weeks ago but she is not doing her job to resolve this

She is give FNB horrible name and not doing her job

I want response on this matter urgently

I have suffer massif lost because of this case not being update by her and it's been reloved confirm by FNB and Capitec There are hold and blocked on account on this cases for more the weeks and she doesn't care to solve it .
