Horrible service
I recently visited the FNB branch in Lenasia, I dealt with a consultant named Kagiso. Due to his incompetence and negligence my information was incorrectly captured resulting in my being penalised, I would appreciate a solution to this situation ASAP!

05 Mar 2026, 16:53After laying this complicate, Thabiso the branch manager gave me a call, trying to gaslight me and saying that it was not Kagiso’s fault, yet Kagiso was the one putting in the information, after asking Thabiso what’s the way forward the call was dropped in my ear, this is horrible customer service.
