Horrible service

I called FNB ewallet services 3 times and holded for about 7 min min on each call only for the consultants to hang up each time I then moved to their chat portal on the app I spoke to Michelle who quickly disconnected our chat, then moved to Tshepo when I was getting assisted he also disconnected then came Sindiswa she kept me on hold for 8min for no reason at all, was not reading what I was telling her and had the audacity to tell me she's busy with other clients while making me hold
