Horrible service at the FNB Chuma Mall Branch

Hi FNB,

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the service at your Diepsloot Chuma mall branch. Every time I visit, your staff is nowhere to be found, leaving us customers to wait for hours without any communication. It's as if they don't understand the basic principles of customer service.

I've had enough of this and has resulted in numerous complaints from the community, and I myself have reached a point where I am considering canceling my account.

Your branch is really failing to provide even the most basic level of service, and it's incredibly frustrating!!! Please do better!!!
