Horrible service at Mokopane FNB

I have received a horrible service at FNB Mokopane. I went there to open a business account which I was told that I might not get help before I even produced my documents. I was then sent to a lady by the name of Khotso who was very arrogant. She left her desk for about 5minutes without saying anything. She then asked me and my business partners to produce our documents which we did. She then advised that we should provide an I'D copy for one of my business partners. We then advised that we will provide it shortly. She then said with attitude that I will not help without full documents. My concern is this lady was not willing to answer any of our questions she just dismissed us. She further said we can live if we want.
