Horrible service and uproffesionalism from FNB Connect

FNB Connect i have ordered a watch my reference number is *** i received the worst service ever firstly on the application the asked me to select the address for delivery than they choose their own address , why did they ask from the first place, than i called the consultant to change the address it was changed , than called this morning spoke to Precious Mthembu who refused to gave me the contact of the Corrier coz i wanted to ask what time they will arrive, and she keeps on REFERS ME AS SIIIRRRR even after correcting her more than 3 times , i have been using FNB for years but FNB connect service is horrible they must pull up their socks and treat customers with respect , why was i not the first priority to get my device because they are the ones who messed up the delivery address
