Horrible service and no accountability

I am strongly discourage any person to join this bank. Terrible service and no accountability. My loan accounts have been mismanaged and my credit profile has been negatively affected due to this. I am totally disgusted because if i treated a client like they did with me, i would have been disciplined or even dismissed by my employer. I am leaving you as soon as i can FNB, you can go to hell.
