HORRIBLE SERVICE AND *********** STAFF

Last week Wednesday I was called by some guy from FNB connect who interested my in one of their packages. It seemed to good to be true but i accepted. I specifically told him I want to keep Vodacom as my network provider and that I dont want to change my number. He said it will be Vodacom, now I'm told it's CellC. I'm not interested in anything that has to do with Cell C and I want this cancelled ASAP. We discussed 1 package to my surprise 2 sim cards were delivered yesterday. I didn't activate them and I called their call centre today. I told them I'm no longer interested in the package and I want it cancelled, she told me nonsense and said it has already been activated and that I'm liable for the debit order. I asked to speak to a Manager by the name of Tsholofelo Nkwe, she said to me they will not debit my account as I have not activated the sim cards. 10mins after our conversation I see a debit order for R556??? I was **** to on the sales call and 2 debit orders went off my account without my permission. I want my money now and you can take your sim card. Hlengiwe Mkhize said she will call me back, I'm waiting.
