Horrible service and horrible bank
If you are looking for a horrible service and horrible bank, trust FNB . I did a limit increase on my facility on the app, it gave me an error. I called and went on secure chart still no help. All consultants are telling me different things. I am being told the limit was not done but I received a message saying it was successful.

17 Sept 2025, 08:38I still haven’t received any constructive feedback. They call when I answer they just hang up or no one talks and then they drop the call . Not only do they provide a horrible service, the network is horrible too.

17 Sept 2025, 15:55I have been following up with FNB and I have been getting different responses from different consultants on secure chat. One told me my application has been approved and another is telling me I need to re apply they will call. So I don’t know who to believe 🙄
