HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DOUBLE DEBIT CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE!

This is the third complaint I am sending as when I called your collections and credit card department they where no help as i was transferred to 5 different people!

I had made a payment for my credit card at the end of last month. I was then called by the call center and we had an arrangement that i would pay the arrears and the monthly installment at the end of this month.

Then yesterday you had deducted R126.77 off my account without my consent and going against the arrangement made!!!

i would like my refund of the R126.77 or I shall make another complaint on Hello Peter as this is not on!!! How can you take money off my account without my consent and going against what we agreed!

Your credit card and collections and complaints department are of no help! As I was transferred back and forth to get this resolved 5 TIMES!!!!

I want my money back in my account!!!
