Horrible service and delivery!!!!!!!

I literally moved my salary from my previous bank to the FNB account I already opened on the 8 February 2022 , that you have still not managed to verify.. so please explain to me how the hell I’m supposed to live without being able to get my salary?!!!!! I go in to the branch, and the consultant could not care less if she is able to verify my fingerprints or not , I’m not the one who delayed this process!!! YOU ONLY INFORMED ME OF THIS ISSUE BECAUSE OF YOUR **** SERVICE AND DELIVERY ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON
