Horrible service and customer care

There was a ********** loan taken out in my name, which affected my credit file because their ***** department took 4-5 months to sort out and clear that loan and fees against my name, the FNB did nothing to remove, until I had to eventually contact them myself again and ask them to remove the missed payments mark against my name.

They rep**** to say it would be removed within 10 working days, but oh no still nothing is removed, this is not right.

I'm so sick of FNB I had to stop using them, I want the account to closed immediately.
