Horrible service and 0 delivery

I app**** for a personal loan on the 19th. I haven’t received any feedback to this day.

I called numerous times and was always told they can’t do anything because it’s being processed and I should wait 48 hours. Atleast 10 people told me this.

It’s now been over 120 business hours and still no feedback whatsoever. The useless secure chat on the fnb app hasn’t been working since the 24th.

I’ve spent all my airtime trying to get help and they just keep transferring me to the next guy who’s just as useless.

They all regurgitate the same **** to stall you.
