Horrible service

It's been close to 3 months since my accounts have been frozen as nhlamulo said she is investigating, till today I'm. Still hanging, she hardly responds to emails nor even phone calls, her supervisor yoliswa said nhlamulo will call me 3 weeks back till today I'm still waiting for the call when I call the call center no one seems to know what's happening with my account they tell me that I must ask nhlamulo baloyi, what a pathetic service as the same nhlamulo doesn't even respond to stupid emails,. I went to rosebank branch several times to ask for assistance but they refer me back to nhlamulo person... I'd this can't be resolved please cancel all my accounts so that I can take my business elsewhere.
