Horrible service

I have a home loan with FNB, every month they calling me saying I'm in arrears but the home loan is debiting on my salary slip, I don't know how is that possible, every month I have to send proof of payment, I regret choosing them to finance my house.

I'm very disappointed because it's affecting my credit record

I don't know if they didn't saw my playdate when they were doing affordability assessment
