HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have been on the phone for 45min, they hung op twice and I have been transferred 7 times. I have asked to be put through to a manager or customer care but was hung up on. All I have to do is change policy information on a policy cessioned towards FNB. Nobody there has an idea of what they are doing. ABSOLUTLY USLESS!!!!
